This home was a 3 bedroom/1 bath mid-century bungalow with a single car garage on a larger lot. The home owners wanted to expand the kitchen and master bedroom, and add a home office and bathroom.
After
All standard remodel projects were met. We added a total of 700 square feet to the home with a 400 square foot second garage. They also had another more unusual item on their wish list: a home brewery and tasting room. We built the additional tasting room/brewery building.
