Our company strategy is based on “Economy of Geography.” We limit our service area to roughly a 5 mile radius around our office on Clairemont Drive. That means we do not take on jobs outside this area, no matter how attractive they may be. Why? Because I want my staff working on my customers’ projects, not sitting in traffic on the freeway. I want them to be able to respond to your needs quickly, and they can if they are already working in your neighborhood.
There’s another advantage to having worked primarily in this area: we have remodeled just about every floor plan you will find here, so we know what works in these homes. We likely have a reference from someone with the same floor plan as you and for whom we have done the same project.
